Key Result Areas
" Professional examination and evaluation of RFP/Tender documents
" Deduce all salient requirements in conjunction with the opportunity originator
" Create and deliver overview presentation to Exco in conjunction with the opportunity originator.
" Identify bid team and contributors
" Organise bid team
" Assist sales/CRM to present overview to bid team
" Lead the bid team managing its progress through all necessary stages in order to create professional and accurate response document
" Assist sales/CRM to present resulting solution to Exco and review team
" Manage finalisation of bid document and any associated collateral
" Ensure final document meets set internal and external requirements
" Ensure professional proposal submitted in time to meet stated deadlines
" Build BID from inputs ensuring same "look and feel"
" Ensure all requirements of the RFP are met.
" Ensure formatting, binding, etc., are performed timeously.
Knowledge
" Knowledge of Desktop, Server and associated peripheral environments
" Knowledge of IT Services business
" Sound Business & Financial Acumen
" The ability to cost support services accurately and timeously would be an advantage.
" Possess good communication and presentation skills
" Ability to lead large teams to produce required results
" Ability to work as a team member
" Possess good organisational skills
" Ability to work under pressure and deliver required results
" Willingness and ability to work additional hours required to meet deadlines
Experience
" Proven Track record in successful Proposal Management, minimum of 2-3 years
" Possesses working experience in operating in corporate environments
" Proven track record in meeting previous Bid Management targets
" Proven ability to work in a "hands on" manner.
" Experience in analysing services solution needs and opportunities (expressed & Unexpressed)

" High level of Computer Literacy ( MS Office, with Excel, Word and PowerPoint )
