Khadijah established Enigma five years ago and is
one of South Africa's few female cultural role models with a dynamic
and natural entrepreneurial instinct. She has an upfront in your face
challenging style that inspires positive change.
She holds an honours degree in Industrial
Psychology and is a psychometrist.
She has over ten years of experience in
the field of HR Consulting and Human Capital Development. During her
career she has worked in both Business and Corporate HR roles as a
senior executive, which has provided her with a wealth of both
generalist and specialist knowledge and expertise.
Khadijah acts as a recruitment agent,
assessment specialist, management advisor, performance, business and
change coach with leading South African organizations and individuals.
She is a transformational leader and has
an excellent track record having worked on mergers, acquisitions,
restructuring and transformation initiatives. She has helped
organizations and individuals "make the shift".
Khadijah advises companies on their
Employment Equity plans and has been instrumental in collaborating with
stakeholder groups in developing and implementing, "Women Development
Initiatives".
She is described by her clients as a
"change agent" who never gives up and who is driven by helping people
realize their inner potential, stretch their limits and achieve key
outcomes.
