Sales Director - SLL615

As the Sales Director, you will be expected to develop new business and manage their existing key accounts within the SA region.
You will be expected to work at senior management level to understand and maximize immediate/long term opportunities and revenue potential.
Your mandate will be to define and achieve the business plan objectives for revenue targets from the Strategic Accounts within the business.
Managing the entire operation, you will be expected to nurture and further grow the sales team. You will be responsible for setting sales strategies and managing budgets.
You will also be expected to drive market share growth.
This is a role that would also require you to build relations with key new clients in order to grow SA sales and ensure continued market leadership.
It would be your duty to ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention is adhered to.

To be considered for this opportunity:
You must have a degree or relevant qualification
You must have sold software.
You must have a proven, successful track record of selling to the public sector.
This is a customer facing role/front line sales (to senior management levels).
You should have managed sales targets and large deal sizes in the past with a record of good achievement
Maintain and develop the client relationship through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction
Handled Sales function/ similar capacity earlier at a Software Solutions Company.
