Goals/Mission
Responsible for the managing and co-ordination of the regional branch in so far as Compliance, Health & Safety, relationships, Staff motivation, Communication, company Brand etc.
Working Partners/Contacts
Internal : Sector's, BU's, Corporate communication. External : Customers, local and regional governments, Universities, Suppliers etc
Tasks
Building strong relationships with internal customers (Sectors, BU's, Corporate Comm etc.) Building strong relationships with external stakeholders (customers, Local and regional governments, Universities) to position the company as a market leaders in all operational areas. Assist in ensuring the development and motivation of staff within the region so as to provide all stakeholders with the best in class services. Ensure compliance of company policies and procedures - Audit, Corp Compliance, Health and Safety, Financial, IT etc. Promote and grow the company's brand with Region with the local communities. Promote the company one culture concept across all Sectors and BU's.
Education
Management degree or any other acceptable Management qualification B-Tech or any other acceptable technical qualification
Knowledge/Languages
Ability to network at a higher level Business management Commercial Management People Management skills Sales and Marketing Must be fluent in Portuguese
