Goals/Mission
To improve, control and document the customer to customer process in the production of medium voltage switchgear by working with all involved departments to achieve customer satisfaction and continuous business success.

" Review of current process from customer to customer
" Find defects and define the most outstanding problems
" Collect information and analyze to get the root cause and correct actions
" Implement the correct actions and verify
" Control the new process execution and continuously improve the process
Education
Tertiary Qualification in Production/Engineering
Knowledge/Languages
" Overall knowledge of manufacturing and business operating processes
" Strong communication and interpersonal/ intercultural skills

Experience
" 3 - 5 years Switchgear production, planning, managing experience
" 3 - 5 years in a Production environment, with applicable processes
" SAP, engineering tools
