Tasks
* Business responsibility; Leading and managing a project in terms of time, budget and quality to the satisfaction of the customers. Ensuring economic success. Approving the project budget. Providing representation in decision-making bodies in order to meet the agreed objectives regarding new orders, sales and profits. Keen understanding of project results impacting business environment.
* Customer Agreement, Actively assimilating opinions and suggestions. Keeping the customers informed of the project status/ information in user meetings on services. Planning the strategy for maintaining good customer relations in order to achieve long term customer retention and satisfaction
* Partner Management, Involving qualified subcontractors/partners when required. Clearly specifying the services to be performed by the subcontractors Laying down guidelines for provision and acceptance, Coordinating the methods and processes used, agreeing concrete actions in the context of effective quality management in order to successfully control cooperation with the subcontractors
* Financial Management. Is aware of established procedures for monitoring and controlling financial aspects of the project and complies with them (invoicing, open invoices, costs, asset management, results and supervision of tasks). Takes account of economic indicators for controlling and steering the project. Undertakes project costing and profitability analysis. Acts as contact person to client in order to control the project commercially and successfully.
* Employee Management: To achieve the project objectives with qualified and motivated employees: Effecting and controlling the deployment of personnel. Ensuring effective communication within the project team, delegating decisions and other responsibilities to the appropriate team members, coaching teams and individual staff members. Implementing ongoing employee-related skills mapping (knowledge, experience, capabilities) Building up employees skills through training and development measures regarding current and future tasks in consultation with their line managers. Ensure an effective project execution environment.
* Project delivery and completion Managing acceptance of deliverables and milestones. Periodical evaluation of customer satisfaction. Responsible for overall project take-over. Ensuring re-usable project results and experience (post-mortem). Preparing a costing review. Managing invoicing in keeping with services rendered within customer expectations. Ensuring that project documentation is completeness and is fit for purpose.

Education
* Minimum of a B.SC Electrical Engineering or B. Tech - required, Project Management Diploma an advantage

Knowledge/Languages
* Methods and tools Has a mastery of the methods and tools needed for efficient completion of tasks in the project (quality management systems, knowledge management systems, planning tools, MS Project) and can apply these
* Solutions Understands the scope of the solutions offered, the internal contact persons Has basic knowledge of E&I's entire range of offerings
* Bus. Admin, Understands the business procedures and correlations in the environment of projects, interaction with Business Administrators
* Contract Management: Familiar with the use of contracts within the project environment

Experience
* A minimum of 2 years experience Systems Engineering, Technical responsibility, Commissioning, Service environment
* A minimum of 3 years experience in the participation in project teams, technical management of employees in power and distribution fields of substations - HV and MV and Transformer projects
* A minimum of 1 years Leadership experience of technical teams within a project, commissioning or service environment in the power transmission and distribution environment
* A minimum 1 years experience in managing interactions with customers in various situations from order / VO negotiations to planning issues and contractual / commercial disputes"
