Transformer Service Expert - SMD665
Goals/Mission
To Support the Transformer Service department with technical functions. Primary focus will be on executing service projects and trouble shooting, with a secondary role in technical support for clients.

Internally: BU Manager, Project Manager, SiteTeams External: Company Clients
Tasks
Leading and managing a transformer service project in terms of time, budget and quality to the satisfaction of the customers: e.g. condition assessment, spare part management, trouble shooting, consulting, implementing monitoring solutions, maintenance repair After sales support: assist clients in maintaining their installed transformer fleet (provide first level technical support "hotline function") Organize and conduct training for company internally and for customers Technical Support: Assist Staff with relevant technical issues and queries (on site and off site)
Education
Electrical Engineering BSC
Knowledge/Languages
Knowledge of Power Transformers (design, manufacturing, testing, monitoring, condition assessment, repair, spare part management, etc.)
