Goals/Mission
Assisting with the growth of Process Instrumentation business, by providing the technical product support functions (including training) as defined per product segment in the SADC region.
Working Partners/Contacts
A&D Sales & product personnel as well as management. I&S project personnel, E&I project management personnel, Supply chain personnel.
Various system integrators and other partners. Customers; End Users, system integrators, distributors, project houses and consultants.
Tasks
Ensuring that customer support targets are met as per definitions and procedures.
Ensuring that from PS/PA perspective and product definition all demonstration rooms, equipment and demo trucks are always in excellent working condition.
Assist A&D personnel with customer demonstrations, and internal sales support as far as system configuration as well as demonstration/test installations are concerned.
Ensuring that customer support alliances are soundly in place and maintained.
Assist in developing training requirements for internal Sales and external Sales including VAR training.
Education
NDIP in Electrical Engineering or Trade Test Certification in Instrumentation.
